Why I Got Into Real Estate
I moved to the Seattle area from Michigan, and buying my first home here taught me something: this market is nothing like what most people expect. The pricing varies wildly between neighborhoods, the process moves fast, and the wrong decision can cost you tens of thousands of dollars.
That experience changed how I think about real estate. Before getting my license, I spent years in tech, where every decision is backed by data and every outcome is measured. I also invest in real estate myself, so I understand what it means to have real money on the line. When I help a client buy or sell a home, I treat it the same way I treat my own investments: research the numbers, understand the risks, and make the smartest move possible.
Data First, Not Sales Pitches
My approach is simple. I pull real comparable sales data, local pricing trends, and neighborhood-level insights before giving you any advice. I am not going to tell you a home is a "great deal" without showing you the numbers that prove it. And if the numbers say walk away, I will tell you that too.
I bring this same mindset to sellers. Pricing a home correctly on day one is the single biggest factor in how fast it sells and how much you net. I use recent comparable sales, days-on-market trends, and buyer demand data to help you set a price that attracts real offers, not one that sounds good but leads to price cuts later.
Backed by a Team with 10+ Years in the Seattle Market
I work with a team at John L. Scott that has been serving the Seattle metro area for over a decade. That means you get the personal attention and responsiveness of working directly with me, plus the depth of experience and resources that come from a team that has closed hundreds of transactions across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
Where I Work
I help buyers and sellers across the entire Seattle metro. That includes Seattle proper, the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Snoqualmie), the North corridor (Shoreline, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett, Marysville, Snohomish, Monroe), and the South corridor (Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood). My office is at John L. Scott in Puyallup, but I am on the road meeting clients across the region every day.
